The Golden Rule is a maxim, ethical code, or morality that essentially states either of the fallowing: - One should theat others as one would like others to treat oneself (positive form) - One should not treat others in ways that one would not like to be treated (negative/ prohibite form, also called the Silver Rule)
- Why is the Golden Rule important to discussing human right? Because the Golden Rule is arguably the most essential basis for the modern concept of human right.
- In which culture can we find the Golden Rule? The Golden Rule was present in philosophers of ancient Babylon, Egypt, Persia, India, Greece, Judea and China..
- Why do we have to respect the Golden Rule? Because if you don't respect the Golden Rule the people don't respect you.
- Is it necessary to belong to religion in order to fallow the Golden Rule? No, it isn't.
